When you book your appointment, you should receive an email / SMS text with new patient paperwork to fill out, prior to your arrival. Be on the lookout for that paperwork after scheduling!

The Forest Edge Dental office is located minutes from Barrington, Schaumburg, Inverness, and Palatine. We are located just 5 minutes west of Harper College.

At Forest Edge Dental we strive to create the most friendly, inviting and caring atmosphere possible. Our offices are newly remodeled and state-of-the-art, and our staff is attentive and gentle. We work hard to relieve any anxiety you have of visiting the dentist. If you're looking to get in and out as quickly as possible, please fill out and bring your new patient paperwork with you to your visit. This will help us get you in to see your doctor right away.
