We have reopened for all dental care including cleanings with several additional safety precautions to help protect our patients and staff:
- Please call and reschedule your appointment if you have experienced the following symptoms within the last 14 days: fever, cough, loss of taste and/or smell, flu-like symptoms, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, and fatigue.
- Curb Side Check-In: to minimize the number of patients in the reception room please call us from the parking lot prior to entering the office. Our receptionist will then direct you when to enter the office.
- Every person entering the office is expected to wear a face covering, and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry.
- The chairs in the waiting room are now spaced six feet apart to help with social distancing. We will make every attempt to seat patients in their treatment room immediately.
- Patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and their temperatures taken upon entering the office. Patients will be required to reschedule their appointment with any COVID-19 symptoms or with a temperature over 100 F.
- Staff will also be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and their temperatures taken every day. Staff will not be permitted to work with any COVID-19 symptoms or with a temperature over 100 F.
- We ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied, if possible. For those patients who need a guardian to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to a single family member.
- Clear plastic screens (sneeze guards) have been installed at the front desk.
- High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) air purifiers with UV have been installed in each treatment room to improve the air quality.
- Our doctors and staff will all be wearing additional personal protective equipment (PPE) that you may not recognize us in such as: full face shields, N95 respirators, surgical masks, and gowns.
